    How can I place an order?

    You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your items and proceeding to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

    How do I know if my order went through?

    Do you offer in-store pickup?

    Yes. At checkout, you can choose between home delivery or in-store pickup. You'll be notified once your order is ready for collection.

    How do I use a gift card?

    Gift cards can be used both online and in-store. Simply enter the gift card code at checkout or present it at the store when making a purchase. Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be used toward future purchases.

    What is your return policy?

    Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
