– Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
– Bodysuits
– Items that come with bralettes

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as a return and specify your exchange request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may take additional time to process.

5. Refunds

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Promotional or Discounted Items

If you purchased an item using a discount or promotional code, the refund will be issued based on the amount you paid after the discount was applied.

9. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will refund the return shipping costs.
